Pickup

Our express service will come and pick-up your iPhone at your desired location in Tehran within 0.5-2 hours.

Step 3

Repair

If we receive your phone before 2pm, it will be repaired and send-back the same day. If it's urgent, use our 4 hour option.

Step 4

Return

Once your repair has been completed, we will confirm your address and send the the phone back to you.

The repair pricing applies only to screen damage. We’ll examine your iPhone before we confirm the repair price. Most screen repairs are caused by accidental damage, which isn’t covered under the Apple warranty.

Can I come by personally?

Unfortunately no. Due to our strict routine, and tight security requirements, we do not entertain walk-in customers.

Do I have any warranty?

Yes, the repair includes a 7 days warranty on both parts and work done.

How long does it take to fix my screen?

If we receive your iPhone before 2pm, we will repair it, and send it back to you the same day.

What happens to my files?

Your files will remain untouched and we do not, at any time, require access to any of your data. For technical reasons, we urge you to make a backup, to be 100% certain.
